All courses sold on GrowthShala are digital products. Once a course has been purchased and access has been granted, refunds are generally not available.
Refund Eligibility
A refund may be considered only if:
- You were charged more than once for the same order.
- You did not receive access to the purchased course due to a technical issue that could not be resolved.
- A refund request is submitted within 7 days of purchase with a valid reason.
Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be provided for:
- Change of mind after purchase.
- Failure to complete the course.
- Lack of usage after course access has been granted.
